Our fulfilment process begins soon after an order is received. For this reason, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Custom orders, made-to-order wigs, altered units, and special requests cannot be cancelled once production, sourcing, colouring, styling, or customisation has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If an item becomes unavailable, Hlori Creations may cancel the affected item or order. If this happens, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, or if there was a fulfilment error, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, uncut, uncoloured, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, bands, lace, seals, and accessories intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for hair that has been installed, worn, washed, combed out, brushed, cut, coloured, bleached, heat styled, chemically treated, scented, or visibly handled beyond inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not offer refunds because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong length or texture, or simply does not like the product after receiving it. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Custom orders, wholesale orders, sale items, discounted items, and personalised pieces are final sale unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled by Hlori Creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refund processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Hlori Creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
